First off--what does an LMS do?

 

 Teacher,

Instructional Partner,

Resource provider,

program administrator. 

 

 Most common conceptions of what a school librarian does revolve around program administrator, with a nod toward providing resources.  In reality, most LMS's spend the bulk of their time in instruction.
